3. Account Creation and Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the royalbet platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or any other credentials — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, royalbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or processed transactions across those accounts without prior notice.

You are responsible for the security of the device and network you use to access royalbet. You should not access your account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks, and you should ensure that your device is free from malware or unauthorised software that could compromise your account or our platform. Any attempt to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure — including denial-of-service attacks or similar — is a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on royalbet — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No other currency is accepted or processed on the platform. Deposits are credited to your royalbet account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider, and royalbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or e-wallet providers outside our direct control.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification as described in Section 3, and may also be subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits that are communicated within the platform at the time of the transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes indicated during the withdrawal flow; actual receipt of funds to your nominated payment method may take additional time depending on your bank or e-wallet provider. royalbet reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any transaction before processing, particularly for large withdrawals or accounts where unusual activity has been detected.
royalbet does not charge fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control and for which we accept no liability. In cases where a deposit is reversed, charged back, or disputed by your bank after wagers have been placed using those funds, royalbet reserves the right to void the relevant wagers, adjust your account balance accordingly, and seek recovery of any resulting deficit. Attempting to defraud royalbet through chargeback abuse is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and legal action where appropriate.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, royalbet, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or any financial loss arising from a technical failure, service interruption, or error on the platform, except where such loss results directly from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. royalbet makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, power outages, or government-mandated shutdowns — may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of planned maintenance windows.
Online gaming involves inherent financial risk. royalbet provides games and betting markets for entertainment purposes and does not guarantee any specific outcome, return to player percentage, or winning result. You acknowledge that you participate in all games and betting activities entirely at your own risk, and that past performance of any game or market is not an indicator of future results. Our total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount of your current account balance at the time the claim arises.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
royalbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform, or if we are required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority. In cases of suspected fraud, we may freeze account funds pending investigation before making any determination on the account status.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld in whole or in part to offset losses, costs, or liabilities caused by the breach. Where an account is closed at royalbet's discretion for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — for example, due to a business decision to cease operations in a particular market — any verified balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the royalbet platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, source code, trademarks, logos, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of royalbet or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, published, or used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of royalbet.
By accessing the platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process within a reasonable period, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the laying of venue in the Philippines and agree not to plead or claim that any proceedings brought in those courts have been brought in an inconvenient forum. Nothing in this clause limits royalbet's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect our legitimate interests.
